We will assess and agree on a guaranteed monthly rent for your property. We handle the paperwork, becoming your tenant for an agreed period.
STEP 3
Once you're happy and agreement is signed, you can relax knowing your income is secure. We take over the day-to-day stuff, find suitable tenants for your property, doing checks, managing queries along with any agreed maintenance.
STEP 4
Hassle Free revenue when you receive your agreed, fixed rent payment from us every month, like clockwork. You don't have to worry about chasing tenants or dealing with empty periods. Friction free payments.
